3 Year Warranty Policy

All Solis Therapy panels come with a 3-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. During the warranty period, Solis Therapy will repair or replace the product free of charge, including all associated postage costs.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised repairs, or modifications. To make a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and contact Solis Therapy directly for return instructions.

Returns and Refund Policy

At Solis, we are committed to providing you with products that help manage your pain and improve your quality of life. We believe in the effectiveness of our products and we recommend that you use them for a minimum of 30 days before considering a return, however you do have a total of 90 days. This is because we trust in the product & are sure 99% of people after 90 days will love it.

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return by emailing us at hello@solistherapy.com and we will provide you with the returns address.

We will notify you of your refund within seven days of receiving your item. Please note that once your refund is approved, it will be processed and you should receive it within 7-14 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

If we manage to prevent your order from being dispatched, we will cancel it and you’ll receive a full refund. If we’re unable to do so, don’t worry! You can return your order to us using the process below.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We're incredibly confident in the quality of our products. Unfortunately, on the odd occasion, a product may damage during transit or arrive defective. If this is the case, please email us at hello@solistherapy.com with proof like a photo or preferably a video of the defective product and we will provide a choice of a free re-shipment of the product or an immediate refund on the purchase.

Emails for a defective product must be sent within 3-5 days of delivery of the product.

Note: For health and hygiene purposes, items such as sticky pads may not be returned/refunded.

4. Bundle Returns Policy

When products are purchased as part of a bundle on our store, they are offered at a discounted rate. As a result, in order to receive a full refund for a bundle, the entire order must be returned.

If you wish to return only one product from a bundle, we will issue a refund for the discounted RRP (Recommended Retail Price) of the product as it was on the date of purchase. This ensures that you are protected from any fluctuations in price that may have occurred since your purchase.

5. Original Packaging Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any other components that were included at the time of purchase. The packaging should be in the same condition as received, without any damage, excessive wear, or missing elements. 

If the item is returned without its original packaging or is missing any components, we reserve the right to refuse the refund which will be deducted from the total refund amount. To avoid any issues, we recommend carefully repacking the item before initiating the return.

6. How to initiate a return?

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be clean and undamaged.
  • Customers are responsible for returning their item and may ship back the item using the courier of their choice. Upon request, we will send you our return address. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse any unauthorised returns.
  • The 90 day return period starts from the day of delivery for the individual item.
  • Returns will be reviewed and money will be refunded upon inspection & approval.
