We accept payment via major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Clearpay, and other methods shown at checkout.

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch orders promptly and will provide tracking information where available. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs processing or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

For international orders, we ship on a Duty Paid basis — all customs and import costs are covered by us. If you are unexpectedly asked to pay customs charges on delivery, please contact us immediately at hello@solistherapy.com.

SECTION 7 — RETURNS AND WARRANTY

- 3-year limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship
- Warranty claims: we cover all associated postage costs
- 90-day returns on opened items: customer covers return postage

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by anything in these Terms.
